Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after being placed.

• Delivery may take longer in remote areas of Pakistan.

Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. However, Radiant reserves the right to process COD orders without verification for verified customers and/or during periods of high order volume, such as sale events, seasonal launches, and promotions.

International Delivery

• Estimated Dispatch Time: International orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days after the order is confirmed.

• Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on the destination.

• Cancellation and Refunds: Radiant will not be liable for any refunds if the consignee requests order cancellation once the order is “in process.”

• Shipping & Customs Charges: Customers are responsible for shipping and customs charges if they refuse the delivery or do not accept it.

• Sale Events: During sale events, the delivery time may exceed the normal estimated timeframe.
