Refund & Returns Policy

At Radiant, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure you have a delightful shopping experience every time. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, you are welcome to return it. Please note, we require a written explanation for the return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

If you wish to exchange your product for another item, please specify this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Required Documentation:
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.


SALE ITEMS

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

We regret to inform you that our return and exchange policy does not cover sale articles.


Order Cancellation & Liability

Radiant reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control.


Non-Returnable Categories Expansion

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfume bottles cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at sales@theradiant.pk within 72 hours of delivery.


Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.

The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note, we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Note on Fragrances:
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal preferences regarding fragrance longevity, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances once the packaging has been opened or used.
